• Design for Production (Transition Prototype Systems to Production)

General Accountant

We are seeking a General Accountant to become an integral part of our growing and dynamic Finance team! This is an exciting opportunity for you to take on day-to-day accounting responsibilities and core financial processes while learning from experienced team members. You will be reporting directly to the Controller and have lots of opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare month-end close activities including account reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare payment files and maintain bank reconciliations
• Process vendor invoices in a timely manner
• Assist the Controller with the annual external audit and quarterly reviews
• Other ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in accounting
• Must have at least an Accounting Diploma (Bachelor of Commerce with Accounting major is preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
